Wordless Wednesday and a Tutu

Well, I guess this is a tutu... heheh, Emma and I went outside tonight and had a little silly fun in her tutu. Just like most little girls she loves anything that twirls and this silly thing bounces and twirls so that makes it 10 times better!

Well, here are a few more shots of Emma's Bday party. 

This totally cracks me up. Instead of running around in the sprinkler we think we will just stick our bums over it... Maybe they were washing off grass... silly kiddies.


I love this shot, Emma looks so serious and Benj is just listening then Rachel is in her own world blowing bubbles. So funny. ;)


Em was a little worse for wear at the end of the party. ;0) PS... granmom thinks this outfit matches... I say... hmmm... same colors.. that's about it!

Bow finagle a foto #22

This week has been so busy and I don't even know why lol.  Well, Em's 3rd bday was yesterday and we had a wonderful day.  I can't believe she's 3 years old.  It feels like just yesterday... blah blah blah... you know the story haha.  Anyhoo, it's bittersweet just like every year.  Here's my favorite shot of the day.



That moment was of course fleeting. Don't you just love how photos can make it seem like hours were spent sitting and reading when in fact it was a second?... haha, had lots of gifts to rip open!

BOW {Finagle a Foto}

I'm so excited about sharing these with you. These are some of my faves from the 4th of July Parade. I took a ton so I won't bore you, but here's my sweet Emma and her cousins Benjamin, Rachel and Abigail all patriotic.













Ems been sort of hard to get a pic of lately. :0( She went through a stage where she would let me and it is over. It was a very short stage!!

Scavenger Hunt - one great Sunday!

Well, it's been a while since I've taken part in Scavenger Hunt Sunday and I am excited to do it even though I'm almost late on it.  Can't wait to go around and see what everyone else has done.  I had such a great week and Oh my, such a great Sunday.  It was a growing, convicting Sunday.  God had so much for me in the 3 messages that I heard today ~ Sunday school - comfort others (meaning I need to get off my butt and go and help my church members and those around me!!! - be there for others!!).  Morning service - Get out there and live for the Lord, don't just be a Sunday Christian and if I am going to call myself a "Christian" then I need to be one in he way that the Lord views the word Christian (Christ-like) and not how the world views it.  Sunday night - Pray!  Prayer is such a tool and essential in my Christian walk - do it!  Ok, so now you see how my Sunday went, here's my Scavenger hunt goodies:

  We went berry picking on Saturday and so I took a pic from that and did my own version of a mosaic... I don't know I think it's cool. ;0)


At the parade on the 4th our police force had helicopters flying around and well, while this isn't a "view from above" I like to think about the neat view they had from above

MIA {aka lazy}

Guys, I hate that I've been MIA lately.  It has been busy and the moments that I've had to myself, I've been using to work on my business or just be lazy.  SORRY!!!  I didn't mean to neglect my blog at all!!  Please forgive me! :0)  I will be posting about the 4th of July soon!  I went to a big parade that morning and it was just so much fun!  I have LOTS of pics to share from that.  I don't know if you noticed that I used the word "business" or not, but I'm going forward with my photography business.  I'll let you know how that goes.  You can follow me over at http://www.rebsphotography.com/ if you'd like.
